Our Concept

We take comfort classics and give them a modern twist with hints of Asian cuisine to give a brand new concept.  We start with our favorite proteins like pulled pork, Wagyu beef, fried chicken and tofu and pair them with different starches.  We use gravies from different ethnic backgrounds to tie everything together
